We have teamed up with JCS to produce their new WebFolio Option Pack, enabling their IFA users to upload their clients' personal and portfolio details from the back office system to a secure area of the IFA's website. This displays a complete one-page summary of the policies and investments that the IFA manages for each client, for that client to log in and view securely online.

This WebFolio Option Pack has been specially produced for JCS users and is included as part of the subscription to their Adviser Professional suite.

We will provide a secure login from any website, giving the client access to their published data. If your website is managed by third party we can provide links for them to add to your site, for which they may charge you.

The WebFolio Option Pack includes:

  • welcome page with personalised greeting
  • IFA's business name, strapline, telephone number and email in the header
  • pages displaying personal details for contact, priorities, children & dependents, and health & lifestyle
  • pages displaying financial details such as income and expenditure, assets and liabilities, protection and IHT

  • display of portfolio details including fund summary and valuation history
  • change password request
  • ability to run bulk uploads of data to up to 200 clients: extra storage is available for an additional charge

  • link to Letter of Authority and anti-money laundering details
